Refund and Exchange Policy

At Bandicoot Boutique, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.bandicootboutique.com, if you are not 100% happy for any reason please return your purchase following the guidelines below.

Once we receive your item(s) in their original saleable condition we will refund your order (less postage) or exchange within 7 days.

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The items must be in an unused & original condition. Items that have had tags removed, smell of smoke, perfume or cosmetics etc will not be eligible for any sort of return exchange or refund. We are also unable to accept any return on items that have been damaged as a result of you wearing them.

We will offer a full refund on receiving your return on the item purchase price. We are sorry but we cannot offer a refund on the postage.

Postage will only be refunded if the item was sent to you damaged or was the wrong item was dispatched to you in error.

The item(s) can also be exchanged for a different colour or size if preferred, as long as we have the item(s) you require in stock. We only carry a limited amount in each style as today’s fashion is changing constantly so please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment. Return postage costs to us is your responsibility.



2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please follow the procedures below to return an item:-

Fill in a returns form by clicking this link: Returns Form , providing the information requested.

Once we have received your request, we will send you an email with your RMA number.

Print the copy of this email, and enclose it with the item you are returning.

Send the package back to the address below. For your protection, we recommend you use a registered delivery service.

3. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive a damaged or wrong item(s), please follow the procedures above to return the item(s). Bare in mind that in this case, your postage costs are recovered.



4. DELIVERY CHARGES

Costs to return goods to us by post will only be refunded if you have received a wrong or damaged item.

In any other case you will be responsible for making sure the item(s) reaches us safely and you will also be responsible for the costs of posting.



5. ALL POSTAL RETURNS

To return the item(s) in a safe and secure manor, please ensure:-

That the item(s) is returned in the original packaging with tags intact, if any

The RMA number supplied is clearly marked on the front of the package.

That the correct Bandicoot Boutique Ltd address is clearly marked on the package as provided above.

Ensure that you get a certificate of posting as proof of postage. This is a freely available service at all Post Offices.
